If you have no idea about the model information of your product, you can refer to the following methods to find it.
- Find the model information in Zosi App/Client（The version ,model and uid can be checked）

Find the model information on the Box

Refer to the label on the product(this is what we recommended.)

Refer to the order you purchased
1. Find the model on Zosi App/Client.
On Zosi App: Go to Device setting ->Device Info -> Model.
2. Find the model information on the System monitor.
For DVRs and NVRS: Go to Main Menu -> Information -> System.
3. Refer to the model number label on the product.
