What should I Do When One or more IPC ZG1883M Cameras on the Screen says "Network Disconnected"

Applies to: Zosi ZR08PU (ZSWNVK-U83041) with ZG1883M Cameras;

What if you see the cameras that worked before the display screen appears unable to connect, and the screen is black now?

Dont be worry,we can have a check.

1 How far away are the cameras from the router or nvr.?What is the approximate distance for each cameras.

2 How many partitions are there? You can adjust the camera position and re-match them.

3 Try to connect the network cable to the cameras,compare whether the camera can show the videos or not.

4 Try to restart the device and local network.

 

 

Please dont forget to re-match all cameras by these way :
Connect network cable to camera - IPC CHANNEL CONGIN-Search - Reset ip- Delete  - Search - add all  When the video is on - Unplug network cable -install camera back to have a  look;
